- Rental Agreement
All rental transactions are governed by our rental agreement. This agreement, which you must sign
before any rental bookings are processed, outlines the terms and conditions of your rental, including
details about the rental period, costs, and responsibilities for the care and return of the rented items.
Please refer to your signed rental agreement for specific terms related to your rental. - No Refunds or Returns
Refunds: All rental fees are non-refundable. Once a rental reservation is confirmed and payment is
processed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation or changes.
Returns: As we only provide rental services and do not sell permanent items, we do not accept
returns of any rental items. All rented items must be returned in the condition they were provided. - Cancellations
If you need to cancel your rental reservation, please refer to the cancellation terms specified in your
rental agreement. Any deposits or fees paid may be subject to the conditions outlined in the
agreement. - Damages and Losses
For information on responsibility for damages or losses, please consult your rental agreement. You are
responsible for any damage to or loss of rented items during the rental period. Charges for repair or
